After suffering a break-up of marriage and the tragedy of not being able to see my child, I was on the brink of deportation when I was given Daljeet's phone number by a friend of mine. Daljeet has been so helpful, that I am happy to say I got my visa through Appeal and can now go to court to fight to see my little daughter. Thank you Daljeet and all at Dalsun Solicitors.
Having been let down and heavily charged by so many solicitors, I eventually met Daljeet at Shaheed Udham Singh Centre. She was so easy to talk to and understanding about our situation and she went over and beyond their service to help us get our visa. We can't thank her enough for giving us peace of mind and for dealing with our issue quickly.
I would like to thank Dalsun Solicitors for getting me my visa. They were easy to approach and listened to my problem carefully and were quick to find a solution. They answered my queries quickly and were always reassuring. I am very satisfied with their service and have recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you Daljeet.

Not all visas have the right of appeal by default, whilst others may have a time restricted right of appeal. All refusals need to be considered on their own merits and then advice can be offered. We offer FREE CLINICS at community centres in Birmingham, where you are welcome to approach Daljeet for advice.

We do offer a drop in and free advice service on specific days, times and locations. You are welcome to drop in and consult with Daljeet at:

Shaheed Udham Singh Welfare Trust, 346 Soho Road, Birmingham B21 9QL on Mondays or Thursdays between 11:00am – 2:00pm

St Albans Community Centre, St Albans Road, Smethwick B67 7NL on Fridays between 4:00pm – 6:30pm

IHS stands for Immigration Health Surcharge, which you will need to pay as part of some immigration applications. This was introduced by the UK government in April 2015 and it allows you to use the NHS whilst living in the UK.

If it is a straight forward case then it can take up to 6 months to get a divorce, should there be any complications, then it will take longer.

We can apply to the courts on your behalf so that you can have regular contact with your child. Call our office now and talk to our family solicitor.

There are various routes for entry as a family member and as each case is judged on its own unique merits, please call our office and speak to one of our immigration solicitors.

All wills that have already been made should be checked and updated at least every 5 years. Your circumstances can change since you last made your will, therefore your will should be changed to reflect your wishes.

UK policy allows for visa free entry for the citizens of some countries usually for up to 6 months, there are some exceptions. Those countries that are not visa exempt will need to apply for the relevant UK visa.
