Meet Our People
Not all visas have the right of appeal by default, whilst others may have a time restricted right of appeal. All refusals need to be considered on their own merits and then advice can be offered. We offer FREE CLINICS at community centres in Birmingham, where you are welcome to approach Daljeet for advice.
We do offer a drop in and free advice service on specific days, times and locations. You are welcome to drop in and consult with Daljeet at:

IHS stands for Immigration Health Surcharge, which you will need to pay as part of some immigration applications. This was introduced by the UK government in April 2015 and it allows you to use the NHS whilst living in the UK.
If it is a straight forward case then it can take up to 6 months to get a divorce, should there be any complications, then it will take longer.
We can apply to the courts on your behalf so that you can have regular contact with your child. Call our office now and talk to our family solicitor.

All wills that have already been made should be checked and updated at least every 5 years. Your circumstances can change since you last made your will, therefore your will should be changed to reflect your wishes.
