Appeals

There are times when an immigration application is refused by the Home Office and in such cases you may have a right to appeal the decision; however you must bear in mind that not all decisions have an appeal right. It is important that you seek legal assistance quickly, as the time to lodge an appeal is 14 days if you are in the UK and 28 days if you are outside the UK.

We at Dalsun Solicitors Limited offer a comprehensive level of service when it comes to lodging appeals. We will prepare and submit the appeal form together with the grounds of appeal.

Upon receipt of the Notice of Hearing we shall book an interpreter, should you require one, together with counsel for representation. Any expert reports, DNA analysis etc will be arranged for in time, as will the preparation and submission of your bundles to all relevant personnel. We shall keep you informed of your case as necessary.

The first port of call is the First-tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal, however should it become necessary, we do take cases to the Upper Tribunal.

Should you need any assistance in this matter then do get in touch; we will check your documents thoroughly and advise you of the best course of action.

We offer FREE ADVICE CLINICS at local community centres where no appointment is necessary, just drop in and talk to our representative.
